Software Connections

Move the right information between existing tools without retyping every job, ticket, or hour.

Connect what already works

A useful connection lets good systems keep doing their jobs while reducing repeated entry. That might mean approved time moving to payroll, job details reaching the office, or billing information reaching accounting.

Check the connection before promising it

We verify the specific software version, supported interfaces or imports, permissions, data quality, vendor restrictions, and licensing costs. Not every system supports every connection.

The scope identifies which system owns each record, what information can move, how conflicts are resolved, and who handles exceptions. Checks for duplicate records, failed transfers, and reconciliation are part of the design.

Keep a bridge from becoming a hidden system

If reliable integration requires a substantial new interface or business process, the recommendation may become a hybrid project. We explain that change and agree the scope before proceeding.
